Frequently Asked Questions

Can I exchange my device while I am within my minimum rental term?

No, the minimum rental term needs to be completed before you can return the device. Getting a new device would start a new rental subscription.

Can I change my minimum rental term?

You can't shorten the rental term, but you may choose to keep your device beyond your minimum term on a month-to-month basis.

If a longer rental period is available, you can also extend your minimum term to reduce the monthly price. However, keep in mind that the chosen rental period to be extended will be added as an additional period of the already agreed term in your contract. Therefore the period that you've already rented won't be included in the new  requested period.

How can I cancel my rental?

You can’t end the rental before the minimum term.

However, you can pay the balance of your rental term and return your device.

If you have completed your rental term please follow the directions to return your item and end your subscription.

Are Eco Toreda devices brand new?

Grover devices are either brand new or fully refurbished to be as good as new.

All refurbished tech is wiped of all data, cleaned, repaired, and rented out again for more people to enjoy.

By reusing and recirculating tech, we extend the lifespan and usage of devices, helping reduce e-waste and our impact on the planet.

When is my first payment due?

Your first payment is taken when you checkout to confirm the order and are issued your device.

What is my payment schedule?

Your payment due date is determined by the date you first receive your product.

If you receive your product on June 1, your payment schedule will be set to the first of the month. We don't have the ability to adjust the payment date manually. This will apply to your second payment onward.

How will my payment appear on my statement?

Banks generally report payments as “EcoToreda.com” or the order number.

How do I change or add my payment method?

You can change your payment method via the Dashboard.

What happens if one of my payments fails?

We automatically reattempt any failed payment 5 days after the due date.
