How to prepare to sell your Craft

• Battery Health: In general, a battery with 80% or more battery charging capacity is considered Good. If yours is less than 80%, choose Poor Battery.
• Performance: Ensure your Craft powers on, responds correctly, and connects to Wi-Fi/Bluetooth.
• Accessories: Grab the original Craft accessories (charger, power cable) are available and functional.

Step 2: Remove Personal Data from Your Device

Before handing over your Craft, erase all personal data to protect your privacy. Follow these general steps:

1. Back Up Your Data: Use cloud storage or a computer to save important files, contacts, and photos.
