How to prepare to sell your Star

Grab your Star and determine which Eco Toreda Condition Standard best describes it.

• Battery Health: In general, a battery with 80% or more battery charging capacity is considered Good. If yours is less than 80%, choose Poor Battery.
• Performance: Ensure your Star powers on, responds correctly, and connects to Wi-Fi/Bluetooth.
• Accessories: Grab the original Star accessories (charger, power cable) are available and functional.

Step 2: Remove Personal Data from Your Device

Before handing over your Star, erase all personal data to protect your privacy. Follow these general steps:

1. Back Up Your Data: Use cloud storage or a computer to save important files, contacts, and photos.
2. Sign Out of Accounts: Deactivate any connected accounts (e.g., Apple ID, Google, Samsung, Microsoft) to prevent activation locks.
