Grab your Byline and determine which Eco Toreda Condition Standard best describes it.

Screen & Body: Look for scratches, dents, cracks, or discoloration.
Buttons & Ports: Test all buttons, charging ports, and any other connectors.
Battery Health: In general, a battery with 80% or more battery charging capacity is considered Good. If yours is less than 80%, choose Poor Battery.
Performance: Ensure your Byline powers on, responds correctly, and connects to Wi-Fi/Bluetooth.
Accessories: Grab the original Byline accessories (charger, power cable) are available and functional.

Step 2: Remove Personal Data from Your Device

Before handing over your Byline, erase all personal data to protect your privacy. Follow these general steps:
