This AI Processing Policy explains how Eco Toreda uses artificial intelligence and machine learning technologies to provide our services, and how your data is processed by third-party AI service providers. This policy supplements our Customer Terms of Service, Privacy Policy, and Data Processing Agreement.

Overview

Eco Toreda uses industry-leading artificial intelligence and machine learning technologies to power features within our Marketplace Service. These AI-powered features help us provide personalized recommendations, improve user experience, and enhance the functionality of our platform.

Third-Party AI Processing

To provide our services, Eco Toreda uses industry-leading artificial intelligence providers. By using the Service, you acknowledge and agree that:

Your communications and interactions with Eco Toreda may be processed by third-party AI services. Information processed by these services may include:

• Content of your conversations with Eco Toreda
• Profile information you provide
• Public information from your profiles
• Call transcripts and recordings
• Transaction data and preferences
• Usage patterns and behavior data

We currently use the following third-party AI service providers:

Note: This list may be updated from time to time. We will notify you of material changes to our AI service providers in accordance with our Data Processing Agreement.

How Third-Party AI Providers Handle Your Data

These third-party providers:

• Process data according to their own privacy policies and security standards
• May retain processed data in accordance with their terms of service
• Are bound by industry-standard confidentiality and security requirements
• Are selected based on their security practices and reliability
• Are regularly reviewed for compliance with applicable data protection standards

We require all AI service providers to:

• Maintain appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect your data
• Process data only as necessary to provide the services
• Comply with applicable data protection laws
• Not use your data to train their models for purposes unrelated to providing services to Eco Toreda (unless you have explicitly consented)

Machine Learning and Data Usage

How We Use Your Data for Machine Learning

We may use Customer Data for machine learning to support and develop features and functionality within the Marketplace Service and similar products and services. This includes:

• Improving recommendation algorithms
• Enhancing user experience
• Developing new features
• Optimizing service performance
• Detecting and preventing fraud or abuse

Your Rights

You may opt-out of having your Customer Data used for machine learning by emailing privacy@ecotoreda.com. Please note that:

• Opting out may limit certain AI-powered features
• We may still use aggregated, anonymized data for service improvement
• Some AI processing may be necessary for core service functionality

AI Product Features

Some of the AI Products in your account may be toggled on or off by default; you can adjust these settings at any time in your account settings.

Data Security and Privacy

Security Measures

All AI processing is subject to the same security measures described in our Data Processing Agreement, Annex 2 (Security Measures). This includes:

• Encryption in transit and at rest
• Access controls and authentication
• Regular security audits
• Compliance with industry standards (SOC 2, ISO 27001)

Data Retention

AI service providers may retain processed data in accordance with their terms of service. We work with providers that maintain reasonable data retention policies and allow for data deletion upon request.

International Data Transfers

When your data is processed by AI service providers located outside your jurisdiction, we ensure appropriate safeguards are in place, including:

• Standard Contractual Clauses (where applicable)
• Data Privacy Framework compliance (where applicable)
• Other legally recognized transfer mechanisms

AI Output and Accuracy

No Guarantee of Accuracy

AI-generated content, recommendations, and outputs are provided “as-is” without warranty. You acknowledge that:

• AI outputs may not be accurate or reliable
• You should independently review all AI-generated content before using it
• AI outputs may not be unique and may be similar to outputs provided to other users
• We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of AI-generated content

Your Responsibility

You are responsible for:

• Reviewing and validating AI-generated content before use
• Ensuring AI-generated content complies with applicable laws and regulations
• Not relying solely on AI outputs for critical business decisions
• Using AI features in accordance with our Acceptable Use Policy

Changes to This Policy

We may update this AI Processing Policy from time to time. If you have an active Eco Toreda subscription, we will let you know when we update this policy via in-app notification or by email (if you subscribe to receive email updates).
