What if I’m not ready to buy something?
No problem. You can choose put the value of your current device on a Virtual Visa or Gift Card that you can use anytime. Get an estimate through the trade-in tool and choose the Decide Later payment option.
How quickly should I return my trade‑in device?
You’ll have 21 days to send it in after receiving a quote for your device.
Is there a way to track my trade-in status?
Yes, create and sign-in to your Eco Toreda account and you can track your devices every step of the way.
How do I prepare my device before I trade it in?
Remove you personal data. That's it!
How long does the online trade-in process take?
It generally takes 2 to 3 days to inspect your device once you mail in or drop it off.
How much will I get for my device?
It depends on the device, model, manufacturer, and condition. Answer a few questions about your device and we’ll give you an estimate.
Do I need to return accessories to get the full trade-in value?
Yes, definitely include the charging cable and brick. Other accessories that originally came with the device are great too.
