Overview
The OnePlus 12R features a 6.78-inch AMOLED ProXDR display with a dynamic refresh rate of up to 120Hz and Gorilla Glass Victus 2 protection. It's powered by the Qualcomm Snapdragon 8 Gen 2 chip, running on OxygenOS 14.0 based on Android 14, and offers up to 16GB of LPDDR5X RAM. The device includes a 50MP main camera (Sony IMX890), an 8MP ultra-wide lens, and a 2MP macro lens. The battery is 5,500mAh with 80W SUPERVOOC charging.
The OnePlus 12R brings several upgrades over its predecessor:
- Processor: Upgraded to the Snapdragon 8 Gen 2, offering improved performance.
- Display: The 6.78-inch AMOLED ProXDR display remains similar but now supports Corning Gorilla Glass Victus 2 for better durability.
- Camera: The 50MP main camera uses the Sony IMX890 sensor, and it still features an 8MP ultra-wide and 2MP macro lens.
- Battery: The battery is increased to 5,500mAh, with 80W SUPERVOOC fast charging.
These updates make the 12R faster, more durable, and offer better battery life than its predecessor.
